UTPA to honor Ruth Dean Morris at Valley Symphony Orchestra concert

The University of Texas-Pan American will honor Ruth Dean Morris, a music education pioneer of the Rio Grande Valley, during the Valley Symphony Concert Thursday, Nov. 5 at the UTPA Fine Arts auditorium in Edinburg. The concert begins at 8 p.m. and a preconcert reception begins at 7:15 p.m. in the lobby of the auditorium.
