THIS NEW RESTAURANT IS NO MORE THAN A LOUD CAFE. THE TORTILLA CHIPS AT TACO BELL ARE MORE AUTHENTIC THAN THE ONES HERE. THEY CAME STRAIGHT FROM A PLASTIC BAG. THE TORTILLAS DE HARINA ARE RAW INSIDE, BURNT OUTSIDE. JUST LIKE THE MEAT. ONE PAPER NAPKIN, NO DISPENSER, NO SPOON, WAITRESS NEVER GOT THE ORDER RIGHT, KITCHEN SLOW. THE BEST THING WAS THE YOUNG CUTE WAITER. IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR HIM, WE WOULD HAVE HAD NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT LAST NIGHTS SUPPER!
THE FOOD WAS NOT TOO BAD, BUT IT SURE WAS EXPENSIVE. THE WAITRESS TERESA WAS REAL NICE AND GOOD, THE PLACE LOOKED REAL PRETTY.
MY FRIEND BETTY STEWART AND I DINED AT THIS NEW RESTAURANT LAST NIGHT. BESIDES THE UNCOMFORTABLE SEATING, LOUD MUSIC AND LONG WAIT THE FOOD WAS IMPROPERLY PREPARED. SALT, GARLIC, PEPPER AND OTHER SEASONINGS MUST BE CAREFULLY MEASURED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE COOKS ARE SO NEW AT THEIR JOBS. THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE HAD THE FOOD AND ENVIRONMENT BEEN BETTER.
