I did not like the service at all...the manager was rude and the meal was late... I did not enjoy my food!!

The service was really slow and my food was cold...way expensive!! I know the owner and I know for a fact that La PLaya is a cheap version of Los Cucos Mexican Cafe in San Marcos, Texas.
Los Cucos has the same type of food costing half the price.
I guess the owner really wants to make money because he doubled the prices on the meals!!

We've been to this place 4 times and the food has been excellent. Try the Fajita Tarascas. It's my favorite dish here. Chile relleno is pretty good too.

A LITTLE TOO HIGH PRICED MEXICAN FOOD FOR THE CONSISTENCY AND QUALITY. SLOW SERVICE. STAFF INATTENTIVE, ESPECIALLY TO GRINGOS.
